Key Proprietary Products

Duramed currently markets 19 proprietary products, including:

> SEASONIQUE™

> ENJUVIA™

> Plan B®

> ParaGard® T 380A IUD

> Mircette®

In addition to the above listed key proprietary products, Duramed sells 14 additional proprietary products, some of which are actively promoted by a sales force. Among the promoted products are Niaspan® and Advicor®, which the Company's Specialty Sales Force actively markets under a co-promotion agreement with Kos Pharmaceuticals Inc. The Company also initiated limited marketing for several mature proprietary products, which were acquired through litigation settlements, licensing agreements or direct acquisitions, but are not actively promoted by a sales force. For example, the Company's Loestrin® and Loestrin® Fe oral contraceptives which were acquired under a license from Warner Chilcott (formerly Galen).
